Imagine eating where Van Gogh had his breakfast 130 years ago! He ate here every day. We could be sitting where he sat in 1887....it's very exciting to me to think about. What did he eat? Strong coffee and lots of it probably, perhaps made with milk recently milked from cows down the street. Fresh pastries made on the premises, and meat from the nearby farm.

Our water came in this artsy bottle. Coquelicot means poppy.
This statue is of Montmartre's beloved Dalida. I got a kick out of her name since it's similar to mine. She was a singer and actress, having received more than 70 gold records.
